Why Fresh Flour? Why Now?
Over a century ago, neighborhood flour mills were a cornerstone of American communities. But as the Industrial Revolution reshaped our cities, fresh-milled flour faded from daily life. Factories began stripping the germ and bran from wheat to create a shelf-stable product—“white flour.” By the 1930s, nutrient deficiencies were so widespread that the government had to mandate synthetic vitamin enrichment.
After 100 years of refined, mass-produced flour, we’ve forgotten what real flour tastes like—and what it does for our health.
Our freshly milled flour is alive with natural nutrients that your body recognizes and thrives on:
B-vitamins and Vitamin E – support energy metabolism and cell repair
Magnesium, Iron, and Zinc – strengthen muscles, improve oxygen flow, and bolster immunity
Antioxidants like lutein and selenium – protect skin, eyes, and thyroid function
Natural oils from the wheat germ – reduce inflammation and promote heart health
Dietary fiber – balance blood sugar and support gut health
Folate – essential for cell growth and DNA synthesis
Fresh flour isn’t a trend—it’s a return to what flour was always meant to be.
